The last three years…

Please look at the Bohem ads in the carousel above to find out what we have done in the last few years! Briefly, the 2011 litter was planned to be our ”last” … but for a lot of good reasons we changed our minds, and there was a new, big litter in 2018. Four of the puppies have become champions, of which the two that went to Poland have produced very well: 19 champions and at least two ”adult” BIS winners so far. (None of the littermates that stayed in the U.S. have even had the chance to produce any puppies.) 

Later in 2018 we brought home Freddie, known to many as GCh. Arwen Bohemian Rhapsody when she grew up to win SBIS, SBOS, Select and several Awards of Merit at specialty shows. She also won three Hound Group 1sts and several Group placement although attending very few all-breed shows.

In January 2021 Freddie had ONE single puppy by our English import Am. & Eng. Ch Palmik Strike It Right (Lewis).The puppy was quite nice but lives in a pet home in Santa Barbara and has never been shown.

In late June 2022 Freddie had a second litter at her breeder Lisande Donohoe in Arizona.The father of the puppies was a grandson of Lewis, GCh. Heartthrob Arwen Idealist, who had been brought back from Poland by Lisande and was a son of Ch. Bohem Molly Garrish, one of the puppies exported in 2018. The puppies were co-bred by Arwen and Bohem; Lisande kept a dog puppy and we have a bitch, GoGo, alias Bohem Go West of Arwen, who is the most fun we’ve ever had! She is also beautiful, has two BOB over specials from the Puppy class, a major and 9 points. She will be a year old on June 30. GoGo is co-owned with Scott Mazer.

Freddie is expected to have her last litter in the Fall of 2023.
